Motor Skill Development – The student will be able to demonstrate developmentally appropriate skills, strategies, and rules in a variety of activities (team sports, aquatics, individual sports, cooperative activities, and dance).
Fitness Knowledge – The student will be able to identify the components of physical fitness. The student will be able to develop an individualized fitness program to improve his/her health related fitness.
